What role are you currently in, and what apprenticeship are you studying?

Apprentice - Governance and Procurement, studying Business Admin Level 3.

Why did you choose to do an apprenticeship?

I chose to do an apprenticeship because it allowed me to work, whilst getting a qualification.

Do you have an idea of what you would like to do after your apprenticeship?

I would love to stay at the council in my current position after my apprenticeship.

Did you know about the council before starting your apprenticeship, if so, what?

I honestly didn’t know a lot about what the council did before I started. I only knew about elections.

What advice would you give to future applicants?

Anything you learn, make a note of it, your future self will thank you when it comes to off the job hours.
